Guidelines regarding content

The content should be an original work authored by you. If you work for an author as an employee or contractor and are submitting the article, please submit the article as if it was from the original author.  The content should be educational or informative and share your unique expertise. You can include tips, strategies, techniques, case-studies, analysis, opinions and commentary in your content.

Make sure to observe proper English, spelling, grammar, punctuation, capitalization and sentence structure. Please proof read the content in advance of submission.

Article Postings shouldn’t contain press releases, or be self promotional in nature. Articles should not contain any content that is a violation of any law, be considered defamatory, libelous, or infringe on the legal rights of others.

Articles will not be published if they contain or make reference to any of the following:

1)      pornography/adult material

2)      hate or violence-oriented

3)      suggest racial intolerance

4)      advocate against any individual or group

5)      have insulting, obscene, degrading tone, or contain profanity

Guidelines regarding article format

Articles submitted for posting to the OrderManagement.com site will comprised of the 6 elements below.  Each article should be submitted to the webmaster and formatted as follows:

1)      Title – The Article title must convey the spirit of the contents of the article it is assigned to and should be formatted as a mixed case punctuation with capitalization on all major words.  Please don’t include HTML tags or your name, company name or URL in the title

2)      Author Name – Please include your first and last name as the author of the article. It is acceptable to use an initial for either the first or the last name. For articles with more than one author, please submit the names of all authors.

3)      Article Text Articles should be a minimum of 400 words and no more than 2,000 words. An ideal article size is 400-750 words and must be in accordance with the title of the article.  Any Copyrights and Reprint Rights must be located at the bottom of your article.

4)      Article Abstract – The purpose of the Abstract is to give an abstract or summary of the benefits that your article delivers.  An abstract should be less than 175 words.

5)      Article Images – Any images for your article must be included or referenced via hyperlink to a location where they are hosted.

6)      Article Category – Please choose the best category based on the theme of your article and not the theme of your business. Below is a list of categories for article submissions:
